Yes 80/20 for tackling familiar/new is a good yardstick to move forward with - and be sufficiently inspire to have some fun doing so.

I think the key to any constructive change worth having is to take action and keep starting...

... instead of being fixated on all the problems, issues and work around getting to the finish line.

Yes, there will be thrills, spills and upsets but making it a habit to "keep starting" can more than compensate for the downers.

Mark, that's a great philosophy. "Keep starting." Deceptively simple, yet powerful.
